• Experience with mobile application development is a plus

What You’ll Do

You will be working with our product innovation team led by our Chief Innovation Officer/Co-Founder to change our industry by developing new, innovative software solutions to be deployed to our healthcare customers. Taking direct input from customer interactions, we will work on proof-of-concepts and high-level designs that will form the basis of our next generation of software solutions. If you like customer-facing technology innovation, this is your role!

Your focus will be on getting a functional prototype put together quick and then quickly tweak as understanding of concepts change. Prototypes will be fed into a product team to have them focus on developing full-scale applications. While sometimes we may prove out a specific architecture, specific development language and technology will not typically be of concern to this role.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years full-stack development experience
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools and technologies
• Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of project areas quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
