Every year, Columbus Business First awards a handful of select Central Ohio companies and organizations with the title of “Best Places to Work,” and we’re proud to say that this year, VPL is on the list.
The program is open to any company with a Central Ohio office and at least ten full-time employees, and winners are determined through workplace satisfaction surveys administered independently by the Omaha, NE-based company Quantum Workplace.
Awards are presented in five categories: extra-large companies with 250+ employees, large companies with 100 to 249 employees, medium companies with 50 to 99 employees, small companies with 25 to 49 employees, and micro companies with 10 to 24 employees.
VPL is one of the medium-sized companies chosen, thanks to our open-door policies, collaborative decision-making processes, Pay for Performance (PFP) metrics, flexible scheduling, and health & wellness initiatives.
We will be attending the Best Places to Work Awards luncheon at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Columbus on November 14th.
When you implement VPL software to help you gain greater visibility into your supply chain, you’ll realize guaranteed savings that typically exceed 20%. In fact, many of the nation’s leading health systems trust us to help them save millions of dollars annually.
